With relatively NO restaurant experience Carolina and Liliana Lafaurie were able to create a unique culinary experience by bridging the gap between Vegan and Cuban food cultures. With the experience and dedication of Cuban born Chef Juito Ortega-Gazo they were able to take their culinary concept to a higher level that is authentically, "Vegano a lo Cubano!"
